Forge Local is a Google Business Profile service operated by VFitLab (Andrew Louis Voris) in Barrington, Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us. This site has no forms or accounts — contact happens by email or phone. When you write or call, we get your name, your business name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business and its Google listing.
• What the work requires. If you become a client, we work inside your Google Business Profile with manager access you grant. We see the listing information you already have there — business name, address, hours, photos, reviews — because that is the work.
• Basic website traffic. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure this site, and to count visits in aggregate.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe — Forge Local never sees it, receives it, or stores it. We keep only the billing records Stripe provides (plan, payment status, dates) to run your service.

How we use it

Only to answer your questions, run your free audit, and deliver the service you bought: fixing and managing your Google listing, responding to reviews on your behalf, and sending your monthly report. If you take the Neighbor Rate, your agreement includes a testimonial and permission to feature your business as a case study — that is the only marketing use we ever make of client information, and it is agreed up front.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We never share it for anyone else's marketing.
• We never ask for your Google password. You keep ownership of your listing and grant us manager access, which you can revoke anytime.

How long we keep it

We keep client records while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for bookkeeping. Email us at forge@vfitlab.org anytime to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted — we will confirm when it is done. A minimal billing record may be kept where the law or tax rules require it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and let active clients know by email.
