The services
- Free listing audit. A plain-English review of your Google Business Profile and what it is missing. Free, with no obligation to buy anything.
- The Fix-Up — $249, one time. A complete overhaul of one Google Business Profile for one business location: category optimization, keyword-smart business description, full services/products list, hours, service area, attributes and booking links, photo guidance, Q&A seeding (5–8 questions), review response templates, and the first 10 reviews answered. Delivered within 7 days of the day you grant us manager access.
- The Local Engine — $129/month. Ongoing management of one listing: 4 Google Posts per month, new reviews monitored and answered professionally within 48 hours, Q&A monitoring, monthly photo refresh prompts, and a simple monthly report (views, calls, direction requests, actions).
- The Neighbor Rate — $99/month. The same service as the Local Engine at a locked rate that never goes up while your plan stays active. Reserved for independent businesses in Barrington and capped at 5 spots. In exchange, you agree to provide a testimonial and permission to feature your business as a case study.
What we need from you
- Verify your own listing. Google verifies business owners directly (postcard, phone, or video). Only you can complete that step — we cannot and will not fake verification.
- Grant manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can do the work. You stay the owner and can revoke access anytime.
- Accurate information. One business, one listing, under its real name. We do not create duplicate listings or keyword-stuffed business names — Google suspends those, and we will not risk your listing.
Billing and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. There is no contract and no cancellation fee — cancel anytime by email or phone, and management stops at the end of the period you paid for. Everything built on your listing — descriptions, posts, photos, Q&A, review responses — stays on your listing and remains yours to keep.
The honest limit: rankings
Nobody controls Google's rankings, and we do not guarantee any position, including #1. Anyone who promises that is not telling you the truth. What we do commit to is the work itself: a complete, accurate, active, professional listing — the things Google rewards — done on the schedule described above, with a report that shows the results.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Illinois law.
Changes and governing law
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and let active clients know by email. The locked Neighbor Rate does not change for members who hold it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
